Three departments, zero visibility. Here's what I built.
Nobody wanted another dashboard. But nobody could answer a simple question either: where are we, and what is blocking us? Three departments, three spreadsheets, three definitions of "on track." I built Roadmap to replace all of that with a single source of truth -- one timeline, one status, one place to look. The real challenge was not the code. It was getting people to trust the system enough to stop hoarding their own copies.
