Experience
- Set up the Strategy Execution & AI divisions — role design, hiring, AI workflows, enterprise AI framework. Restarted stalled R&D projects.
- Migrated team comms from LINE to MS Teams + Planner; built an internal project-management system on top that made previously untrackable work visible.
- Shipped an interactive org dashboard mapping project status, team output, and single-person dependencies — turning raw activity into management decisions.
- Owned a multi-country digitalization program across Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia plants — one standardized solution balancing HQ goals with each site's realities.
- Shipped connected systems: QR-code receiving, pre-production confirmation, dispatch tracking, RFID node-level tracking. Prioritized rollout via on-site survey.
- Delivered government-tendered SME apps on Microsoft Power Platform — commute carbon tracker, equipment/meeting-room booking (app + web). Plus RPA for procurement.
- Owned each project end-to-end: requirement analysis → spec → testing → acceptance → technical handover. Led SR-system redesign with PRD, flowchart, wireframe.
- Delivered customer-facing RFID/NFC applications — library inventory, product traceability — and built an ERP-quoting + PDM business middle-platform that modularized products and sped up quoting.
- Identified material development opportunities for adidas via market & consumer analysis; coordinated sampling, 3D modeling, and mass-production teams. Cut production lead time from 90 days to 30.

- Aureen — Chrome extension that turns scattered research tabs into tagged exports (PDF / Markdown / JSON).
- Personal Research System — Claude Code + Telegram bot tracking domestic and international tech-supply-chain news, with real-time chat.
